Debbie Fiskum & her husband, Rick renovated houses in rural Minnesota where they also built a home “from the ground up,” including the construction, decorating and furnishing. Since moving to the Denver area, they have bought, sold & renovated several homes.

 ”I love helping people transform their homes or offices into a beautiful place that is uniquely their own. 

I’ll help you choose paint, color schemes, furnishings and accessories.  Together we’ll create a home that reflects your style, and surrounds you with the things you treasure most.

We can work on one room, two rooms – or a whole house. Or, if you prefer, I’ll help you set up a timeline to systematically transform your home over a period of time.

The Denver, CO “Vision of Home Tour” 2009  Winner of 2 Awards!

 I had the honor of decorating 2 apartments for this special tour that featured apartment living as a great alternative to single famliy homes.  Each apartment had a “dignitary” who wrote their vision of an apartment that they would love to live in.  Then our team brought that Vision to life!  It was a growing experience for me and we won awards for both apartments!

Parliament Apartment Homes in the Denver Tech Center won, Best Overall Theme for: Bring the Outdoors In!

And “300 East Seventeenth” whose theme was: Artful Living, won: Best Overall Community!

“I moved from my college condo into my first house and needed to sell the condo. After re-carpeting, painting and cleaning ‘til my arms hurt,’ I put it on the market.

Potential buyers came through looking, but no one seemed serious. The realtors suggested I cut the selling price by $12,000! I couldn’t afford to lower my price that much, so I called Debbie Fiskum, who staged my empty condo with minimal furniture, splashes of color and a few accessories.
